Termination and damages ruling on know how licence agreements

The German courts have ruled on the termination of a long term know how licence.  There is no one size fits all period after which the right to terminate an agreement ends.  In the event of a breach, parties in long term commercial agreements with continuing obligations will still have time to gather information and negotiate.
