Update of insolvency law: new draft legislation
On 25 January 2011, the Federal Ministry of Justice (Bundesjustizministerium) released a draft act aiming to facilitate restructuring of companies faced with insolvency (Gesetz zur weiteren Erleichterung der Sanierung von Unternehmen – RefE-ESUG) on the basis of its consultation paper.
