Dutch TPR unveiled

The AFM made public on 05 February 2019, the first details on their transitional regime. This uses the existing Dutch “s.10 exemption regulation”. The proposal is to add the UK to the list of jurisdictions eligible for relief from licensing requirements in the Netherlands. Application required.
