This presentation will include an overview of the mining legal framework in some key African and Asian jurisdictions (including DR Congo, Republic of Congo, Guinea, Gabon, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kazakhstan and Indonesia).
- Mining M&A - key issues and risks
The seminar will be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation into Japanese. A question and answer session and reception will follow the seminar.
