Employment Essentials: Training for HR professionals in financial services

These sessions are led by associates in the Simmons & Simmons employment team and aim to give HR professionals working in financial services a grounding in key employment issues commonly faced in this complex sector.

This session will discuss two topics:

  • managing long term sickness absence, and
  • employee screenings/background checks.

The session will be followed by informal drinks with opportunities to network with your peers.

This event is primarily aimed at those new to HR or in their first few years working in the profession but may also be of interest to more senior HR professionals. Please note you must work in the financial services sector to register for this event.
