Employment Essentials: GDPR and sexual harassment

We are pleased to invite you to our first Employment Essentials training and networking event for 2018.

This session will discuss two topics: (i) the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into force in May 2018 and its impact on HR processes and (ii) addressing sexual harassment complaints from employees.

These sessions are led by associates in the Simmons & Simmons employment team and aim to give HR professionals working in financial services a grounding in key employment issues commonly faced in this complex sector.
