Sexual harassment: Protection for employees making a complaint

In particular, we will consider the victimisation provisions, as well as those in relation to whistleblowing and the extent to which any action can be taken where an allegation is not well-founded. We will also highlight some workplace scenarios where employers will need to take particular care.
