Regulated people: Whistleblowing
Employing people in a regulated context has always been a complex arena. In recent years, the lines between HR, Compliance and Legal have become increasingly blurred not least with the introduction of the new individual accountability regime (to be extended to all in the FI sector from 2018).
In addition, increased attention from the regulators means that organisations operating in the financial services industry must pay close attention to the responsibilities and regulatory requirements placed upon their people.

Other calls in this series:
These calls are aimed at compliance professionals, employment lawyers, HR professionals and other regulatory specialists.
Each of these calls will last 30 minutes and count for 0.5 CPD hours.
To register for any (or all) of the calls in this series, please contact Rebecca Schaus on the details below to receive an invitation and select your sessions.
