Sexual harassment: Non-disclosure clauses
We will consider the issue of whether employers should forego such clauses in cases of sexual harassment and explore why these clauses are used, the circumstances in which they may not prevent disclosure of allegations of harassment and the relative advantages and disadvantages of this type of clause in cases of sexual harassment.
