Simmons & Simmons’ response to the Government’s consultation on mandatory Ethnicity Pay Gap Reporting by employers.

On 11 October 2018, the Government launched a consultation seeking views on mandatory Ethnicity Pay Gap Reporting by employers (available here).

Simmons & Simmons LLP has submitted a response to the consultation (available here). The response includes comments which reflect those of the firm as legal advisors as well as the views of some of our clients.

The consultation closed on 11 January 2019.
