What do I need to know?
You have until 24 September 2016 to file “Article 28” declarations at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM). Otherwise certain of your pre-June 2012 Community Trade Marks (CTM) will be deemed to protect only the goods and services covered by the “literal meaning” of the relevant Nice class headings.
