  • ESMA publishes Final Guidelines on Liquidity Stress Testing in UCITS and AIFs

    The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a series of guidelines for managers and depositaries of UCITS and AIFs on liquidity stress testing of their funds. The Guidelines, which have been the subject of some adverse comment from industry, will apply from 30 September 2020.

The Government has now set out further its proposals after discussions with various regulatory authorities.
