    As you may be aware, the deadline for companies with 250 or more employees to report their gender pay figures is fast approaching on 04 April 2018. So far, only around 1,000 out of the 9,000 total firms affected have reported their figures. The growing media scrutiny and public commentary on this topic have in some cases confused gender pay and equal pay.
