Singapore to follow Hong Kong in confirming the arbitrability of IP disputes

Singapore has released a draft bill for public consultation to amend the arbitration legislation to ensure the arbitrability of intellectual property disputes. The draft bill is modelled on Hong Kong’s similar amendments which have been in force since 01 January 2018.
