High Court upholds claim for infringement of database right and copyright in an internet-based ECG system
The High Court has upheld a claim for infringement of database right and copyright in an internet-based electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis and reporting system known as the “ECG Cloud”. The system enables ECGs to be screened and analysed remotely, and flagged for further review by cardiologists if necessary.
